INTRODUCTION
:
Del
Degrease
is a specialised blend of selected lipases
with specific degreasing properties that ensure effective
and quick fat removal. Fat removal is achieved by
hydrolysis of fat mucoids resulting in the reduction
of the cohension of the cementing of the fat fibres
leading to loosening of the fat from the scud. Lipases
in Del Degrease help in removal of the fat from the
skin hide including fat present at roots of the air.
